Kristin Cavallari brought sparkling energy to her latest “Let’s Be Honest” podcast tour stop on Thursday in New York City. The reality TV personality and Uncommon James founder opted for a minidress courtesy of 16Arlington. The look featured allover sequins in a shade described by the brand as Grigio antracite. The dress featured a plunging neckline and thick straps with a hemline above Cavallari’s knees.

The look harkened back to the trendy Y2K “going out” celebrity style. Cavallari coordinated the dress with a pair of strappy black heels with an ankle buckle. As for jewelry, Cavallari took the minimalist approach, keeping the dress the centerpiece of her sartorial statement.
Cavallari’s makeup included a bright, California glam look with bold brows, a hint of smokey eyes and a muted glossy lip. Her blond tresses were styled in choppy waves that flowed down her back and shoulders.

2024 marked a major year for Cavallari’s fashion label Uncommon James. Cavallari, who founded the brand and launched Uncommon James in April 2017, debuted her brand’s very first fragrance, expanding the Uncommon James label further into beauty.
“It has a really nice balance between masculine and feminine, and that’s sort of everything I’m drawn to in life,” the TV personality and entrepreneur shared with WWD’s Beauty Inc in July 2024. “I don’t like anything too overly sweet or obviously too hard.”

Cavallari’s Hard Feelings fragrance is a unisex scent that blends florals and woody notes, with rose, hibiscus, incense and tobacco, along with pepper, bergamot, cedarwood, sandalwood and orcanox.
“No other name could represent the perfume like Hard Feelings could,” Cavallari said. “And Hard Feelings kind of evokes different emotions within people and makes you think of some of your own memories and things that you’ve been through. And I think with a perfume, that’s kind of what you want, is when someone smells it and hears the name, that it kind of makes them feel a certain way.”
