Keke Palmer went back into the archives for her look on the red carpet at the 2025 Vanity Fair Oscar Party on Sunday in Beverly Hills. The actress, producer, author and entrepreneur joined a bevy of high-profile guests from Kylie Jenner to Oscar-winner Zoe Saldaña and more.
For the special red carpet occasion, Palmer opted for a look from Atelier Versace‘s 2004 collection. The dress was previously worn by such stars as Christina Aguilera. Palmer’s iteration on the dress featured a completely sheer bodice with ornate bead work.

A band of cream fabric was featured at the bustline of the dress, which coordinated with the flowing skirt with a thigh-high slit. Palmer accentuated the dress with a pair of sandal heels courtesy of Jimmy Choo and accessorized her look with jewelry pieces by Messika.
When it came to her glam, Palmer’s hair was styled in a tight chignon courtesy of Ashanti Lation. Palmer’s makeup featured bold brows, long lashes and a glossy lip by artist Kenya Alexis. The “One of Them Days” star’s look was curated by stylist Molly Dickson. Palmer joined designer Sergio Hudson on the red carpet and posed for photos.

Palmer wasn’t the only star on the 2025 Vanity Fair Oscar Party red carpet to style a sheer look for her attire at the post-Oscars soirée. Julia Fox, Ciara, Kendall Jenner and Tate McRae also styled sheer and semi-sheer looks for the evening, among others.
Dickson previously dressed Palmer in another archival piece. For the Screen Actors Guild Awards on Feb. 23, the actress wore a Chanel dress from the French luxury fashion house’s 1985 collection. The dress was previously worn by Oscar-winning actress Jamie Lee Curtis.
